In this charming hilltop town sits the Paradore Guadalupe. We ate dinner by a rill in stunning gardens with the sound of running water in the warm night air.Delicious local ingredients went into the really flavourful dishes served by efficient and eager staff. Would highly recommend both the Paradore to stay in and it&rsquo;s restaurant to dine in.

Nos ha encantado la comida.  Los ravioli de morcilla estaban deliciosos y el rabo de ternera con verduras espectacular.  Toda la carta muy recomendable.  Si lo sumas al trato exquisito del personal y que el entorno es precioso... lo tiene todo.

Como habitualmente en lugares de este nivel la calidad y el cocinado de los alimentos no se corresponde con el precio de los mismos. Hubo excepciones como los puerros. Soy extreme&ntilde;o y he probado  muchas migas. Las sent&iacute; realizadas con algo de desgana. El bacalao un poco ins&iacute;pido igual que el cochinillo.. algo hay que mejorar..
